There are so many reasons to love Spain: the varied and vibrant culture, the food!, the wine, the weather… We’ve been lucky to visit Spain several times and we can’t pick a favorite region if we tried. The whitewashed buildings of Andalusia, warm in the January sun; the gambas al ajillo at a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in central Madrid, the beauty of Seville, the history of Granada. There’s no country quite like Spain.
