Three visits to the mesmerizing Lake Como region and I will never get enough of the charming cobblestone streets perched on a hill overlooking the lake. Every moment feels like the perfect time to pull up a chair at a lakeside cafe and enjoy an Aperol Spritz, watching the boats buzz by.
Bellagio (the Pearl of Lake Como) sits on a point in the middle of the lake, so the views (and its charming alleyways) make it the most popular landing spot. While stunning, it can get a bit touristy, so these are my favorite small towns along the lakeside:
