St. Lucia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. This small Caribbean island has so much to offer – beautiful waters, lush countryside and delightful food. We flew down for a long weekend and had such a wonderful time… But it wasn’t completely relaxing: the two-hour hike to the top of Gros Piton was one of the most challenging hikes I’ve ever completed.
